Terms & Conditions

Acceptance and changes to these terms
These Terms & Conditions form the agreement between you and us when you use our website, open an account or take part in any game, promotion or other service we provide. Please read them carefully before registering. Other rules may apply to particular games, payment services, promotions or features. Where they apply, those rules form part of these terms.
By selecting the registration option, using your account or continuing to use our services after a change, you confirm that you understand and accept the terms that apply at that time. If you do not accept them, you must stop using your account. Please contact us before making any further deposits or wagers.
- We may update these terms when our services, legal obligations, security requirements or operating procedures change.
- The current version will be available on our website, and the date or other identifying information shown with it may indicate when it was last updated.
- Changes will not normally affect a wager or transaction that was already completed, unless this is necessary to comply with the law or correct an obvious error.
- If a change is important, we may notify you through your account, by e-mail or by another reasonable method.
You are responsible for checking the current terms before using our services. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be treated separately. The remaining parts will continue to apply.
Eligibility and your account
You must be 18 or over to use our services. You must also be resident in the United Kingdom and legally permitted to use online gambling services where you live. We verify every account to help meet our legal, regulatory and safer gambling obligations.
Registration details
You may have only one account with us. Your account must be opened in your own name and for your personal use. You must provide complete, accurate and current information during registration and whenever we ask you to update it.
- You must not open an account for another person, allow another person to use your account or transfer your account to anyone else.
- You must tell us promptly if your name, address, e-mail address or other account information changes.
- You must keep your username, password, security details and access to your e-mail account safe and confidential.
- You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you have told us promptly that your login details may have been compromised.
- You must not use our services for unlawful activity, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any purpose other than personal entertainment.
We may refuse a registration, restrict an account or ask for further information if we cannot confirm that the account meets these requirements. You may find that more than one account has been created in your name. If so, contact us before using either account further.
Verification, deposits and withdrawals
We may carry out identity, age and address checks before allowing your first withdrawal. We may also ask for information about the source of your funds where this is required by our legal or financial crime controls. These checks help us protect your account and make sure our services are used lawfully.
Payment requirements
- Deposits must be made using a payment method held in your name or otherwise authorised for your use.
- Where possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the related deposit. If that is not possible, we may use another method available in your account.
- A withdrawal may remain pending while identity, payment, source-of-funds or account checks are completed.
- The deposit, wager and withdrawal limits shown in your cashier apply to your account. You must not attempt to bypass them by using additional accounts or payment methods.
- We may reject, delay or return a payment if information is missing, a payment method cannot be confirmed, or the transaction would not meet our legal and security requirements.
You are responsible for making sure that your bank or payment provider permits the transaction. We are not responsible for fees or delays applied by a payment provider. We will still take reasonable steps to process valid transactions through the available payment systems.
Bonuses and promotional terms
Each bonus, free play offer or other promotion has its own terms. Those terms explain who can take part, how the offer is activated, what deposit or game conditions apply and when the offer ends. You must read the offer terms before accepting a promotion.
- Offer terms may include wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposits, maximum bet rules, withdrawal conditions and an expiry date.
- A bonus may need to be accepted or activated before it can be used, and an offer may be available only once per person, household, device, payment method or account.
- You must not use more than one account, coordinate play with another person, use automated tools, exploit an error or otherwise abuse a promotion.
- We may cancel or remove a promotion and associated bonus winnings where we reasonably believe that the offer terms have been broken, an error has been exploited or the promotion has been used unfairly.
- If a promotional term conflicts with these general terms, the specific promotional term will apply to that promotion only.
We may change, withdraw or limit a promotion where this is necessary for legal, security or operational reasons. Any completed qualifying activity will be handled in line with the terms that applied when it took place. This is subject to correction of an obvious error or suspected abuse.
Safer gambling and self-exclusion
Our services are for adults and should be used as entertainment. You can set deposit limits, take a time-out or ask us to close your account. If you choose self-exclusion, we will take reasonable steps to prevent access to the account for the period you select or for the period agreed with us.
- Set a deposit limit that reflects what you can afford to lose.
- Use a time-out if you want to take a temporary break from gambling.
- Ask us about self-exclusion if you want to stop using your account for longer.
- Support is available from GambleAware, GamCare, GamStop and the National Gambling Helpline.
If gambling is no longer enjoyable
Stop playing and avoid trying to win back losses. Contact our support team through live chat or support@buffalospinscasino.co.uk. We can explain the safer gambling tools available to you.
Closing, complaints and legal terms
Closing or suspending your account
You may ask us to close your account at any time by contacting support@buffalospinscasino.co.uk or using the live chat on our website. We may also close or suspend an account if it has been inactive, if you breach these terms or if we cannot complete required checks. The same applies if we suspect fraud or unlawful activity, or if continued access would create a legal, security or safer gambling concern.
When an account is closed or suspended, you must not open or use another account unless we confirm that you may do so. We will handle any genuine remaining balance after the necessary checks. This is subject to applicable law, outstanding transactions, bonus terms and any amount that we are entitled or required to withhold.
Complaints and disputes
If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please write to support@buffalospinscasino.co.uk or contact us through live chat. Include your username, the relevant transaction or game where possible, and a clear description of the issue. We will look into your complaint and answer within a reasonable time.
If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, we will tell you about the further resolution options open to you. We will explain the relevant next steps when we respond. You should keep copies of your messages and any information connected with the complaint.
Liability and governing law
We will take reasonable care to provide our services as described. Access may still be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults, communications failures or events outside our reasonable control. We are not responsible for loss caused by your failure to keep your account secure, inaccurate information supplied by you, or a failure by your bank or payment provider.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow us to do so. Subject to that protection, our responsibility is limited to losses that were reasonably foreseeable. Those losses must also be directly connected with our failure to provide the services in accordance with these terms.
These terms and your use of our services are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with those laws. You also keep the rights available to you under applicable consumer protection rules.
