General rules for betting and play
These rules apply to all bets and games available through your account with us. The specific rules displayed within a game, including its paytable and help information, form part of the rules for that game. You are responsible for reading the relevant information before you place a bet or start a spin.
Your account and your responsibility
- You may have only one active account with us. If we identify more than one account belonging to you, we may close or restrict duplicate accounts and handle any balances in line with our account terms.
- You must keep your account details accurate and up to date. We may ask for information or documents to verify your identity, age, payment method or source of funds.
- You must keep your login details private and take reasonable steps to prevent another person from using your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our gambling services. We may refuse access or suspend play where age or account information cannot be confirmed.
We verify accounts as part of our legal, regulatory and safer gambling obligations. Until required checks are complete, we may restrict deposits, withdrawals, bonuses or gameplay. You remain responsible for checking the balance and details shown in your account before placing a bet.
Bets cannot be changed after placement
A bet, wager or spin is final once it has been accepted by the game or betting system. You cannot cancel, change or withdraw a bet after acceptance unless the relevant game rules or a technical correction specifically allow this. A bet is normally accepted when the confirmation or game state is displayed, and the amount is taken from the applicable balance.
Play may use your real-money balance, an available bonus balance, or both, depending on the order and conditions shown in your account. The balance used, the stake and the resulting outcome are recorded by our systems. If your balance does not cover a stake, the bet will not be accepted.
Keep play within your limits
Use the deposit limits and other safer-gambling tools shown in your account. Time-outs and self-exclusion are available where offered. Support is also available through the site, and organisations including GambleAware, GamCare, GamStop and the National Gambling Helpline can provide further help.
How bets and spins are settled
We settle each bet, spin and game round using the result recorded by the relevant game server. The result shown by the game server is final, subject to the malfunction provisions below. This applies even if a different result appears briefly on your device or if your connection is interrupted after the result has been generated.
The in-game rules, paytable and instructions shown for the game determine how a winning combination, feature, bonus round, multiplier or other event is settled. You should look at these details before play. Different games can use different symbols, paylines, bet options, settlement points and win conditions.
- The stake recorded for the accepted bet is the stake used for settlement.
- Any win is calculated according to the applicable game rules and paytable.
- The return-to-player figure, where applicable, is shown in each game before you play.
- A displayed balance, result or transaction may be corrected where there is a clear technical or recording error.
A return-to-player figure is a long-term statistical indication for a game, not a promise of a particular result from one spin, bet or session. It does not change the outcome of an individual round. Random outcomes remain separate from previous wins, losses or the amount you have deposited.
Your device may sometimes display a result differently from the result held in our records. In that case, we will use the server record and the applicable game information to settle the play. You can ask us to look into a difference by providing the details requested in the disputes section.
Malfunctions and interrupted games
A malfunction means a technical, software, communication or other system failure that affects the operation, recording or settlement of a game. It can affect the display on your device or the acceptance of a bet. It can also affect the result, a balance or the calculation of a payment.
If a malfunction affects a game, all affected play and pays are void. This means that bets, spins, game rounds, wins, features or other payments affected by the malfunction may be cancelled or removed, even if a result or amount was temporarily shown on screen. We will correct the account record where necessary.
If you lose connection during a game, do not immediately place another bet to try to repeat the action. Where the game supports reconnection, the game may resume when you reconnect. It may instead settle automatically using the server result. The game server record remains the basis for settlement.
- Reconnect to your account and look at the game or transaction history.
- Allow any pending game to resume or settle before starting another round.
- If the result or balance remains unclear, contact support with the game name, approximate time and round details.
You should not exploit a known error, delay or display problem. If you notice a possible malfunction, stop using the affected game. Then tell us through live chat on the site or by email.
Bonus funds and bonus play
Bonus funds are subject to the bonus terms shown when the bonus is offered, claimed or credited to your account. Those terms explain eligibility and any qualifying deposit. They also cover wagering or play requirements, expiry, maximum conversion and the games or bet types that count.
You must read and understand the applicable bonus terms before using bonus funds. Where a bonus has a separate set of conditions, those conditions take priority for the bonus and apply alongside these Betting and Game Rules. If a bonus term is not met, the bonus or related winnings may be removed as described in those terms.
- Bonus funds may be used only for the games, stakes or actions permitted by the relevant bonus terms.
- Any maximum bet stated in the bonus terms applies while that bonus is active, including where the stake is partly or wholly funded by a cash balance.
- Game contributions can differ. Some games or bet types may contribute fully, partly or not at all towards a requirement.
- Winnings may remain restricted until the applicable play requirement has been completed and the bonus conditions have been met.
- A bonus may be cancelled or removed if it was credited in error, obtained through prohibited activity or used in breach of its terms.
The balance displayed in your account should show whether funds are available as cash or bonus balance. If both balances are present, the system will apply the order and rules shown for the relevant promotion. Do not assume that a cash balance can be withdrawn while bonus conditions remain outstanding; the applicable terms and cashier information determine what is available.
We may limit or refuse a bonus where an account is not eligible or where duplicate accounts are identified. The same applies where account checks are incomplete. This does not affect your right to ask support for an explanation of how a bonus was applied.
Live casino and table games
Live casino and table games are played according to the game-specific rules displayed in the table's help section. These rules explain the available bets, the minimum and maximum options shown for that table and the dealing procedure. They also cover settlement, payouts and any circumstances in which a round may be cancelled or voided.
The dealer conducts the game in accordance with the applicable table rules. Dealer decisions and the recorded game result are final, subject to a technical correction or the malfunction provisions in these rules. The visual stream is provided to show the game but the recorded result and game system data determine settlement.
Betting periods and late bets
Bets must be placed during the betting period shown at the table. A bet is accepted only when it is recorded by the table system before betting closes. A request made during the closing stage may be treated as late and may not be included in the round, even if the action appears briefly on your screen.
- A bet accepted before betting closes is settled under the rules for that table.
- A late, rejected or unrecorded bet is not part of the round and does not create a win or loss.
- If a round is interrupted, follow the table message and allow the system to resume or settle it.
- Side bets, optional features and special table rules apply only where they are displayed and accepted by the table.
Before playing, check the table help for the specific rules that apply. Tables can differ in dealing procedures, bet types and tie outcomes. Side-bet payouts and the treatment of interrupted rounds can also vary.
Disputes and contacting us
If you believe a bet, spin, bonus calculation or live table round has not been settled correctly, contact us promptly. This lets us look into the account and server records. Please write to support@buffalospinscasino.co.uk or use the live chat on the site.
To help us identify the relevant play, include the following information in your message:
- The name of the game, table or betting product.
- The approximate date and time of the bet or round.
- The round number, bet reference or transaction reference, if shown in your account.
- The stake, result and amount you believe should have been settled.
- A clear description of what happened, including any error message or connection problem.
Please do not send your password or complete payment details. We may ask for further information needed to identify your account or complete a security check. We will use the information available in our records, including the game server result, transaction history and applicable game or bonus terms, when responding.
A temporary balance or display difference does not by itself change the final settlement. If a technical error or malfunction is confirmed, we will correct the affected record in line with these rules. If no error is found, the bet remains settled according to the server result and the rules displayed for the game.
What to do if play is unclear
Stop playing the affected game and keep the relevant details from your account. Then contact support. We can only investigate a specific dispute effectively when the game, time and round information are provided.
